1971 Avanti II, one of 107 hand built cars that year, number 1669 of the total production of around 2529 cars. These cars used the original Studebaker molds, but up dated the drive trains to a Corvette LT-1 V-8 and a Borg Warner 10-T 4-Speed. The car is in good condition, the body is good, its in primer, I liked the look, but by the vin it was a silver car. The inside is in good condition, the seats are all good, there is a small tear in the drivers seat, the carpet is good, the dash is good, all the gauges work as they should. The only things that are not original to the car are the new wheels and tires, and the radio. It had the duel point ignition replaced with an electronic one, but the duel point is included. It still has the pull out vanity in the glove box, the removable shoulder harness, and the tool holder on the back of the seat in the trunk. The car came with every option available including Power steering, Power Brakes, Tilt, Power Windows, Air Conditioning, (a/c will need to be charged, car has been in storage) built in roll bar, all the glass is good, all the lights work as they should. A $500.00 deposit will be due within 3 days of the close of the auction. The car will not leave until the cost of the car has been paid in full, the shipping will be the soul responsibility of the buyer. I will meet your shipper if needed. Any questions please contact me.
