I am offering for sale a truly sweet little lady.. my1955 Studebaker Champion. She's proudly showing off her new midnight blue party dress! She has her original 259 V-8 engine on which I had the seals and gaskets replaced when I got her last year. The wheels, tires, battery, regulator, carpet, headliner and interior door panels were all replaced last year while she was being painted. No rust or rot in the car that we could find; floor boards, rockers, fenders, trunk are all in good shape. The previous owners had removed and shaved the rear door handles and put the fuel cell in the trunk; I guess to make her look more like a coupe. Other than these changes, she's pretty much like she was when she rolled off the assembly line (except her original color was more a turquoise green looking at the engine block color!) Original manual steering, drum brakes ( new cylinders in 2014), and automatic transmission with the 1955 shift pattern (P, N, D, L, R) on the column. I am offering this vehicle for sale locally so I may end this sale early. I have a below market reserve so don't be afraid to bid if this car catches your interest at all!
