Up for sale is a 1948 Studebaker Champion Regal
170cid 6 cylinder, three speed column shift transmission with automatic overdrive
Equipped with rare factory fog lights, back up light and turn signals
Heater and defroster
Less than 1, 000 miles on new brakes and tires
New springs front and rear
Gas tank cleaned and sealed
New double action fuel pump plus electric booster pump.
New temp and oil pressure gauge, Rebuilt generator and new voltage regulator
No rust anywhere
Interior is worn but serviceable
Clutch is good
Engine is old but runs well. Slight bit of smoke on start-up, disappears once warmed up. No bubbles/pops in exhaust at idle, great oil pressure. Just finished a Studebaker Club drive all through the wine country and Highway 1.
Comes with many extra parts including: vacuum wiper motor, heater fan, new (NOS) in the box fuel and amp gauges, all new (NOS) lenses (tail, turn signal, parking lights), freshly rebuilt carburetor and double action fuel pump.
