1937 Studebaker Dictator 3 Window Coupe. .
frame off restoration
by a lifetime Studebaker Club member. This beautiful car is equipped with a 1953 Champion rebuilt engine. It has a rebuilt 3 speed floor shift transmission with a later Borg Warner Overdrive unit. .makes this car a real cruiser. All new glass, window rubbers, everything that goes with a frame off. Underneath is as nice as the top. Frame cleaned & painted, new brakes lines, fuel lines, gas tank, everything is new, front end, master cylinder, brakes, power coated wheels, new tires, etc, etc.
The rear end is a rebuilt Chevrolet with a 3.55 gear ratio.
Pictures of the entire restoration process. .started with a great car. .wish the PO had left the beautiful patina. New Paint is base coat, clear coat... and is very, very nice quality.

THIS CAR NEEDS AN INTERIOR INSTALLED. Needs Headliner, Seat Upholstery, & Door panels. Door backing boards are present.
I bought this car because I've always loved the 3 window coupes.
