BACKGROUND:
I bought this Subaru in August of 2015 unsure of whether my military orders would keep me stateside or send me overseas. Turns out I am going overseas, which is why I am selling the car. I bought the car from Rich Morton dealership in Pasadena, Maryland. I am not the original owner of the vehicle.
CONDITION:
There is a small crack, about a finger length, on the bottom part of the front bumper that you can't see unless you get under the car. Besides the crack there are scratches on the underside of the bumper as well but which you also can't see unless getting on the ground. Also there are two plastic brackets and a plastic mud cover that were attached to the bumper that are no longer attached. However, you can buy those parts from a Subaru dealer for less than $60. They do not affect the performance or safety of the vehicle which is why I haven't bothered to fix. The cover is still serving its purpose as it is attached in other places, it is just not attached to the bumper in a place. The brackets look to provide extra support for the bumper, but the bumper is still stable without being attached. (See pictures for damage mentioned). Beyond what I just mentioned, the car is in excellent shape, and is very fun to drive. The roof rack makes for nice camping trips or vacations. All-in-all I wish I could keep this vehicle but being in the military has forced me to have to sell.
OTHER INFORMATION:
There is currently a lien on the vehicle with PNC Bank. I spoke with PNC Bank and once the lien is paid off I will receive the title in 10 days then sign it over to the buyer. The car will not be driven from the time it is purchased until the title is signed over to the buyer. For those cautious about paying and then having to wait 10 days to get the car, hopefully a copy of my drivers license, a solid ebay track record, and the fact that I am a Naval Officer with a security clearance and a lot at stake if I screw you over will ease your worries. Also, during the 10 day waiting period, I can send the buyer a picture every couple of days with the odometer reading and a date mark to prove the car hasn't been driven.
