I am selling my 2005 Subaru wrx Sti as a non running vehicle as it has spun a bearing and has a slight knock when started haven't started it in 3 months. Before this it ran an drove great had new rear brakes, timing belt done and new turbo installed only needed exhaust gasket aftermarket exhaust. It's a pretty clean car other than some scratches just needs some detailing. Everything work on car even the i/c spray and diff control needs a radio missing and some better speakers. This would make a nice she'll for a stoker kit or monster engine build or just fix bearing. body is clean no accident except for small damage in driver rear fender flare from a hit and run. I would love to keep car but to many projects ej257 short block engines can be found rebuilt for 1300 on eBay fix it up and resell car on average sell for 13, 000 to 25, 000 depending what you do to car I even seen shells sell for 13, 000 as this is a real Sti not a clone.
