Up for sale is my 2013 beast of an STI. It is Satin
Pearl White which took me a while to find. I powder coated the wheels and they
are in great condition as with most of the car. This car has all name brand
parts on it, absolutely no fakes on this guy. The car is set up for 91 octane
as well as E85. 91 the car made 417hp on 20psi at the wheels and E85 it made
515hp at 26psi at the wheels which is good for about 650hp at the crank. This
motor is built to withstand over 30psi so it is well within tolerance for safe
driving on both tunes. I have dyno sheets from Cobb SoCal who did all the
tuning on the car. So now to the fun part which is the engine build time frame.
I bought this car with 5 miles on it from Renick Subaru in SoCal. It took me a
while to find a pearl white STI. I did your basic bolt-ons when I first got the
car including the V3 access port and decided after about 16000 miles to stop
messing around and build her up. The bottom end was built by Motion Labs Tuning
in N.C. and the top end was done by Bostik race Engines in SoCal. (Complete
build list to follow). Got the motor in the car and took it up to Cobb and they
did a break in tune which I drove for about 1500 miles. After that they did the
91 tune which I drove for another 1500 miles and after all that I took her back
up to Cobb for final tuning where she made a respectable 515hp and about
465flbs at the wheels. The car is absolutely insane to drive and it has been my
daily driver for the past few months and is extremely reliable to drive every
day or if you just want a track car. I have not tracked the car at all since it
was my daily driver but I just had a son and you know how that goes. I have
over $25, 000 in parts in this car and it runs excellent. This car in this
condition in stock form is worth over $35, 000 this is easily a $70, 000 car with
parts labor and condition in mind but I live in the real world and obviously I
can’t sell it for that. My loss is your gain. Here is the mod list and please

As you can see from the photos she has a small scratch on the rear upper bumper which they sell covers at Subaru to cover for loading cargo and the steering wheel is starting to peel a little (which all Subaru's tend to do) and just normal wear and tear like a few rock chips on the nose. This car has absolutely never been in a wreck or damaged in any way. I bought this car new with 5 miles on it and it has always been garage kept.
