Up for sale is my 2006 Subaru WRX STi. I have owned this car since December 2009, registered it in my name as of January 2010. Since then, it has underwent some modification. All motor work was done by renowned IAG Performance in Maryland, tuned by Jorge Carillo (One of the top Subaru tuners in the country). Vehicle currently has 91, 000 miles on it and will slightly increase since I will be driving it here and there. I have put tons of time and effort to build the car to where it is today, however priorities change in life and it's now time to buy a house. You will not find another 2006 like this on eBay, I can promise you that. I will list the modifications below as well as the pro's and con's.

Condition of paint (clarity/scratches):
Paint is smooth, strong clearcoat, regularly waxed, slight swirls for 91, 000 miles. No deep scratches except 3 small lines on bottom of trunk.

Condition of body panels (dings/dents):
Minor stress marks on front fenders due to stiff chassis. Very minor ding on driver door & driver side rear door.

Condition of windows:
No broken windows. All window and mirror switches work accordingly.
Condition of interior seats (rips/tears):
Non-smoker, clean interior. No rips. Car will be interior detailed prior to being officially sold.
Condition of interior overall (broken plastic/broken buttons):
No broken plastic, no broken buttons.
Pro's:
- Brakes were recently replaced with listed DBA4000 Rotors and Hawk pads in May 2015
- Tires were replaced in April 2015
- A/C was flushed and fresh refrigerant was replaced in May 2015
- Radiator and thermostat were replaced in May 2015
- Timing belt, water pump and associated idlers/pulleys replaced during motor build
- Differential and transmission fluid changed with Motul October 2014
- Motor runs very strong, oil changed at 3000 mile intervals with Motul XCESS 5w-40 and Fram filter
- Maintained and driven by a mechanically inclined enthusiast
- NEVER tracked, raced, launched, donuts, topped out, beaten etc. Rarely light spirited driving only.
Con's:

- Transmission mounts could use a replacement down the road, not urgent.
- Front right axle CV Boot is slightly torn, could be replaced down the road. If you replace just the boot and have the proper tools, it's about a $40 fix. New axle is around $100, but saves time.
- Recently noticed my front driver's side wheel has a slight crack in one of the spokes. Not sure if it can be fixed, but I will be selling it
as-is
. I may remove the wheels and put back to stock for safety before sale.
- Airbag light is on since I did not install a 3.3ohm resistor into the harness for the airbag trick. Couple cents to fix, just never fixed it.
- Passenger side fender liner is a bit chewed up, but I do have a brand new one I will include with sale.
I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. ONLY authentic parts (except the front lip and sideskirts) have been installed into this car. It has been driven and maintained by an enthusiast and I do hope to sell it to another true enthusiast. I will not be entertaining joyrides unless you have cash in hand and are a serious buyer.
