This auction is for a 1998 factory right hand drive RHD postal Subaru Legacy station wagon. It's route ready and has been driven daily. We moved and my husband changed jobs and we no longer need it.The only issues it has are cosmetic. I think the previous owners repainted certain parts of it like the driver door. They also used reflective caution tape on the front and rear that was impossible to remove. We replaced it with new blue reflective tape. There is also some rust near the wheel wells. Please see pictures!!!The Subaru has power windows and power locks. The air conditioning and heat both work great. The passenger seat folds almost flat to function as a mail tray. This feature is great because you still have a passenger seat when you're not delivering mail. The back seat also folds almost flat for extra storage for parcels or trays of mail. The Subaru has had regular routine maintenance and we have a receipt log of all maintenance ( routine and repair) done to it since 2012. I've included a list of them in the photos and will include the actual receipts with purchase of the vehicle. It's an invaluable resource. We also will include the original sales brochure that lists all the features of the car and the owners manual. We had also purchased a Haynes repair manual for our own information and we'll include that as well.This auction also includes a set of four Snow Trakker studded snow tires on their own rims. No need to worry with snow chains just switch the tires out and you're ready to go even in the worst conditions. They are in great shape, we used them in January. The vehicle also has a draw-tite trailer hitch. Local pickup will be required in Johnson City, TN. A nonrefundable $500 deposit will be due within 24 hours of successful completion of the auction. This is to cover fee costs. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to purchase the vehicle. We've gone through great lengths to keep maintenance logs and take numerous photographs to represent the true condition of the vehicle. There is no warranty stated or implied, vehicle is sold as is. This is a great postal vehicle for someone that doesn't want to spend a fortune to purchase a brand new RHD or deal with conversion.
