Vehicle Pickup & Shipping
General Terms
A 500.00 refundable deposit is due at the end of the auction and the balance id due within 7 days of the close of the sale. Pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. We can arrange shipping at the request of the buyer with bonded and insured shipping companies.
All vehicles are sold as is and no warranty is expressed by Elephant Auto Group. The buyer has the right to have a third pary inspection the car after the deposit is received prior to making the final payment. The inspection must be done within the 48 hour period after the end of the sale.
We will accept payment in the form of a cashier check, drafting insturctions from a financial institution, cash or pedrsonal check or wire transfer. The car will be released when payment in full has been received by the dealership. Financing is available with approved credit and can be arranged by the dealership.
Fees and Taxes
Taxes collected will be based on the Tax rate in the State the vehicle is registered. There is a Texas Inventory Tax collected on every car sold in the State of Texas regardless of the State the car is registered in. There is also 125.00 documentation fee..
