I am the original owner and a private seller. The title is clean. It has not been in any accidents. The car looks good, but has the normal nicks and chips in the paint. The original paint shines well. I recently did a 1200 mile trip and would not hesitate to take off tomorrow for another long distance trip. It has always been a reliable car and continues to be my daily driver so the miles will increase a bit. The oil has always been changed at 5000 miles with Castrol oil. It has been regularly maintained with normal replacements of brake pads, rotors, calipers, filters, etc. The cooling system has been flushed a couple of times. Transmission fluid and differential fluid has been changed three times for preventive maintenance. The Timing belt was replaced as scheduled at 100, 000 miles along with the water pump for a preventative repair. There is a rust repair on the back left fender and some rust on the right rear fender, see the pictures. The fuel tank has been replaced and the rear brake lines were also done at that time since they were accessible during the repair. All 4 tires match with about 6000 miles on the Cooper tires, so the tread depth is excellent. The heater core was replaced. The air conditioning has been serviced at the beginning of the summer with no leaks - it blows very cold air. The dealer just installed a new gas cap to cure the check engine light. The stock muffler was replaced with a cat back Flomaster Hush Power system. Class II hitch with 2 inch ball and flat 4 wire connector for towing - I only used it for the occasional trip for plywood with a small utility trailer. The roof rack crossbars are included, they attach and remove in a minute. No one has ever smoked in this car. It was never driven hard or raced in any form. The interior is in excellent shape, with only about 1/2 inch tear in the driver seat, left bolster, from normal wear. Seat height is adjusted manually. The Blaupunkt CD player will play MP3 files that allow you to put many many songs on a CD.
