For sale is an almost new 2012 Subaru WRX Sti that just turned 18K miles and is completely stock. This car has never been altered in any way and is a one owner car. It comes in one of the hottest colors available (Dark Gray Metallic) and absolutely perfect in almost every way with very low miles.

city Ten minutes north of Lexington.
This vehicle is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction
at any time if the vehicle sells locally before the auctions conclusion.
All Sales to Kentucky
residents are subject to a licensing fee of $32.50
and a 6% tax on the purchase price. Purchasers living outside of the state of
KY will be responsible for registering and paying taxes on the vehicle for the
state in which they reside.
These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as “AS IS” condition unless
covered under the manufactures warranty.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or
if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles
not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title
production, vehicle re-listing fees and lost dealership productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Scott
County, Kentucky. The Vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Scott County, Kentucky
and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in
Scott County, Kentucky.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this
vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall
be Scott County, Kentucky.
Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test-driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

| “There are almost no flaws or defects. This car looks and drives (and smells) show room new! The car fax shows an incident on 8/7/13 involving another car, it was bumped in the rear. It broke a couple of clips on the bumper skin but did not require paint or body work. Then on 3/11/15 a minor incident was reported when (according to car fax) it hit a curb avoiding a car that changed lanes into it. It was a minor incident but the right fender and quarter panel were replaced with new Subaru parts along with the r/r wheel and lower control arm. The left front wheel has three areas on the edge of the wheel from bumping a curb. There is also one very small stone chip in the paint on the r/f corner of the hood. There is virtually no evidence of any repair and the work that was done is so perfect that it was completely missed in the first inspection of the vehicle. All of this was discovered upon re-inspection after reading the car fax and incident report from the police.” |
