This goes until September 2019 or ~66, 500 miles. The battery is also factory covered until March 2021 with unlimited miles! So if you have anything that comes up in that time frame, Tesla will cover it. Remember if you buy a car from a private party or non Tesla dealer and the previous owner did not buy an extended warranty, Tesla will NOT allow you to extend it through them. You will be forced to have no warranty or have to find a 3rd party warranty company that will cover the car, which typically also has a deductible. While my car has been very solid, out of warranty expenses can add up quickly just like any other luxury vehicle. The 3-1/2 years of the remaining warranty should give you peace of mind with this vehicle.

The features on this car speak for themselves, but you’ll love the automated Homelink (automatically opens and closes your garage door so you don’t have to touch any buttons), GPS enables Smart Air Suspension (the car will automatically raise or lower based on a specific location, great for entering your garage or going over known speed bumps), or the Tesla app where you can precondition your car (preheat or precool), unlock, start and locate the vehicle all from your smart phone. The OTA updates are sent to continually make improvements to the vehicle. This car has all of the latest and greats updates already installed.
The tires were recently changed out to Michelin Pilot Sports and only have ~2000 miles on them. The car also has a custom one-off set of 6061 billet aluminum pedals and a custom stainless grille. The window tint all the way around gives you some privacy and keeps the interior cool without being too dark. The car also has a clean Carfax and no accidents.
Depending on what your state tax laws are you might also be able to save on sales tax by buying private party. Here in IL if you buy private party, sales tax is capped at $1500 which would save you thousands compared to buying from a dealer. Other states (such as CO) allow an EV credit on used vehicles ($6000 credit), check your state to see if this is available for you.
