TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction via paypal unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
The winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours with a phone call or email to arrange for full payment and pickup of the vehicle to be done in the next 7 days.
After 7 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not contacted us, the buyer will forfeit the deposit and we will re-list the vehicle for sale.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and must arrange for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle.
The title/vehicle will only be released when all funds have cleared.
We reserve the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received especially if payment terms above are not met within the time frame indicated.
