We are the original owners of this pretty amazing car. This car was produced in the factory before they ramped up production so more attention was paid to its manufacturing. We have had it since June of 2013 and have never been disappointed with it. It is still covered under Tesla's bumper to bumper, 4 year, 50, 000 mile warranty. We really hate to sell it but with a change in jobs and a baby on the way we have to.
It is upgraded with black leather interior and the rear facing jump seats that fold down into the floor. We also purchased an extra charging cable to keep in the car ($650) and had all of the windows tinted. Supercharger can be enabled with a software update. The cost is $2, 500. We have just never had a use for it since we have owned the car.
This car will very comfortably fit five adults and two children while still providing plenty of storage space. If needed the middle row also folds down (60/40 split) if you need to transport larger items. There is no engine in the front leaving a large frunk for even more storage. Its always fun to get strange looks when people think your loading groceries into your engine. :)
Some of my favorite features about this car are:
-The iphone app which allows you to turn on the heater/air conditioner remotely, lock/unlock the doors, honk the horn, flash the lights, set a charging limit, and locate the car.
-The internet radio which allows you to search for any song and play it on demand. It saves a list so you get a free playlist of your favorite songs.
-The updates the car gets. It is like an iphone. Tesla will send updates to the car which allow it to do new things it wasn't able to do before. Its sort of like getting a new car every few months.
-Never, ever, having to go to gas stations! You don't have to get out and stand in the cold/heat while your car is gassing up. You pull into your garage and plug it in on your way into your house.
We are clean, pet-free, non-smokers. We have taken excellent care of this care and would love to see someone else enjoy its long, long list of amazing features and fun driving!
