Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and transportation coordination. Unless otherwise stated, vehicles sold are pre-owned and 'as-is.' However, some vehicles may still have the remainder of the factory warranty intact, or buyer may purchase an extended warranty through Fairfax Motors. Deposits received are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional third party inspection. Deposits on vehicles in which the transaction is not completed will be applied to the significant costs of paperwork, title production, relisting fees and loss of productivity.
Miles posted in this listing are accurate as of the date the listing is posted. Actual mileage may vary due to on-site test drives, or road testing. All of our vehicles are for sale at our physical location as well as here on eBay. That being said, we reserve the right to end this listing at any time should this vehicle sell at our dealership.
Paypal is accepted for the deposit only. Balance must be paid in full within 7 business days of auction close by cash, cashier's check, money order or bank/credit union financing.
Terms of Sale:
As above, winning bidder MUST make a $500 non-refundable PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction close or risk a no-sale default. Fairfax Motors has the right to relist the vehicle or sell to another customer if the $500 deposit is not received within 24 hours of auction close.
3-Day Exchange Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority and we realize that although rare, customer's may decide they would rather purchase a different makr or model. That's why we offer a 3-day vehicle exchange program. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the same condition as when you bought it within 3 days of purchase (driven less than 150 miles) for a full credit which can be applied toward any other vehicle in our inventory.
Fees and Taxes
All sales are subject to a $695 document processing fee, Virginia Gross Receipt tax of .0020 of the final purchase price, $3 temporary tag fee and $10 online filing fee. The Virginia Gross Receipt is required by law. Virginia residents are required to pay all applicable taxes and title and registration fees. Out of state buyers must pay applicable sales tax and fees for their state of origin
