Here is a one-owner (me) vehicle that has been very reliable, a 2003 Toyota Corolla LE 4-door sedan with the 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine. For the mileage, the appearance is quite good. Please see the attached photographs of the actual car.
But as with any vehicle with 184k miles, it is not perfect. Mechanically, the car has been flawless. A new Walmart brand battery was installed this past April. It has never had a mechanical issue in its entire operating life! Remarkable and one of the reasons I became a Toyota fan. It has been hit by deer, twice, and so has had the windshield, hood, and front fenders replaced...a couple of times. No residual noises or issues with the repairs. The interior door panels have bubbled up by the rear view mirrors, apparently as a result of being in the sun. They do not interfere and have come to ignore them. The middle console door has a broken hinge and won't always stay closed. The tires will need to be replaced in the next 500 miles or so. Awesome wheels! There are a variety of minor scuffs, scratches, and marks, but as you can see from the photos, they don't jump out at you as a big issue.
There is no warranty with the vehicle and you are buying the vehicle as-is.
Delivery is available for a fee. $125 for the first 25 miles and $1.25 per mile additional for each one over 25 miles as calculated by Google Maps from my address to yours.
