-PWR radiator with stock shroud and HKS radiator cap, with hard medal upper
hose and new rubber lower hose, with TRD cap. Antifreeze is the Toyota Red. The
waterpump is also new.
-There is no stock oil sandwich cooler installed, since I have a 19-row Earl
Cooler instead with sandwich plate(currently off the car). Oil temperature
hovers at 200-220F.
-Timing Belt is a Gates belt with a Stock Cam gears, rewelded timing gear, with
a SP Billet Belt Tensioner.
-Timing belt and serpentine belt tensioners are both new, 4000 miles on them.
The shock absorber for the serpentine belt is installed.
-Stock Intake Manifold , stock throttlebody with 1000CC Rochester Injectors
with Pigtails, running in conjunction with a Titan Fuel rail with 2 inlets, 1
middle return line to a Fuel Labs AFPR. The system is fed by a newly rewired
Triple DENSO fuel system, with only 2 run at the same time. The system has 2
-6AN feeding to a single -10AN, and a -6AN return.
-The turbo system consists of a Genuine HKS Manifold (black ceramic coated and
wrapped)and HKS GT wastegate, with AN fittings throughout the air system: BOV, AFPR, Wastegate, Boost Controller(AEM 1 Controlled). The Turbo is a Comp CT367
or 67mm water-cooled with a .7 exhaust housing, with a 3” to 4” WOTM SS
downpipe, midpipe and BoostLogic 4” Exhaust, with v-bands at each connection.
The wastegate has a 2.5” dump tube that dumps the exhaust to atmosphere(aka
LOUD).
-A greddy catch can with 2 -10AN breathers welded to the valve covers with an
atmospheric output line is what the system consists of.
- Intercooler is a Greddy 3-row with T-bolt clamps throughout the system
-Infinity 10 EMS ECU. 3.5 Bar AEM Sensor, AEM Temperature sensor, AEM Boost Solenoid, AEM Fuel Pressure Sensor, and Traction Control Enabled.
-There is a Flex fuel sensor installed, and connected to the Infinity, but there is not E85 tune currently on the map.
-Defi Gauges on the A-pillar with the Defilink system: 2-gauge pod but I have 3
gauges. Oil temperature, oil pressure and EGT. Egt is located at the manifold’s
collector.
Chassis and Steering Mods:
-New power steering Pump, New Rack and Pinion (from Curt at Elmhurst), aftermarket power steering cooler on the driver’s side duct( never boiled while
road racing in Texas, that’s good!) with Power Enterprise bushings for the
rack(if I recall correctly), and R2 bushings for the Control Arms are newly
installed as well(front). The fluid is Castrol ATF.
-JIC forged inner tie rods with Megan outer tie rods with heim joints.
-The suspension is a 4000 miles old, KW 3-way Variant that rides really well.
Both sway bars are stock.
-Wheels are new 18x9.5F and 18x11.5R Forgestar F14 in Matte black, with nitto
NT05 tires all around. 275/35/18 F and 295/30/18 R. The car handles really well
with the Lance Alignment and is a joy to drive.
-New wheel bearings were installed 4500 miles ago, all around(might as well
since everything else was new)
-Brakes are 14” Stoptech 4-piston ST-35 Calipers, Front and Back, with a set of
HAWK HT-10 racing pads(front) and Axis pads(rear) for the street. Fluid is Motul
600 . SS braided lines are used for the system as
well as 8000 miles on a brake master cylinder.
-Transmission is a rebuilt 6-speed Getrag with many new components, but not
all. Gears have been changed, forks, all synchros, and bearings. It drives
amazingly! Fluid is the stock V160. The clutch is a unsprung RPS Carbon Carbon
with the CNC machined pressure plate and heavier chromoly flywheel. The slave
and master cylinder have about 8000 miles on them as well. The shifter is new, the fork thing that supports it is new with the CNC bushings. The TRD
transmission mount holds it steadily in place. The clutch, throughout bearing, release fork, c-clips, all have 4500 miles on them and the car has been drag
raced at the track once with only 2 launches. Ran a best of 11.0 at 130 2 years
ago. daily driving this clutch is much easier than single plate clutches.
-The starter is a rebuilt Denso unit.
- The rear end has a TRD Differential, with stock bushings. It is better than the stock Torsen Unit.
Interior:
-Black Interior with 2 Sparco Torino 2 seats in Blue. The rear seats are the
stock black leather seats with a camera mount installed behind them, which can
be used when the rear seats are locked down. The kenwood head unit has a
kenwood Amp to power the speakers and tweeters in the car.
- The defilink system with 2 gauges on the A-pillar. A Momo Jet CF steering
wheel with horn is used. A BOSS cruise control hub is in place, but I removed
the cruise control so it does not work currently, but it was working prior to
removal.
-The interior panels for the driver, center console was originally the easily
scratched rubbery material, so I removed them and sprayed them with this Storm
Gray color. It looks nice and many other members have done the same color from
SF.com . There is no passenger airbag, but a panel sits in its place. OEM
style.
-The HVAC system, A/C, heater, etc, all work great. ICE COLD A/C! Even my 2006
daily car cant get this cold!
-Tail lights are the 93-96 style, and so are the headlights. I opened them up
and sprayed them the same color as the interior pieces, so they have the 97-98
loook! The sidemarkers are also the 97-98 model style. The driving light is a
blueish white HID and the foglights are a light yellow to slightly green color.
Exterior:
The car is painted Alpine Silver, and it has never been repainted. All the Vin
numbers are there. This car does have some scratches, mostly front bumper, a
few small dings/ chips . It is 22 years old but drives Very well due to the
fact that most of the suspension, steering, etc, is NEW! The body otherwise, is
stock. Stock front lip, stock rear wing, no tint.
Last year, the car dynoed 590 rwhp at 19 psi, on 93 Octane gas. This turbo, the Comp 67mm is not a billet wheel, so the numbers are very good.
