I am selling a 1979 Triumph TR7 convertible. This is a fun car to drive. It was my son's car and he moved to New Mexico and needs to upgrade his vehicle. The car runs great and looks good as well. It runs a 2 Liter/4 cylinder motor with a 5 speed manual transmission. The motor was completely rebuilt about 1 1/2 years ago. At that time, I converted it from the dual side draft carburetor over to a dual Weber carburetor setup. It made a huge improvement in performance and reliability. I have made a lot of other improvements to the car as well such as electric cooling fan, higher output alternator, updated electronic ignition, upgraded master cylinder from late model Chevy Camaro, new driveshaft, new struts in front and many others. Have many parts for the car, both new and used that will be included with the sale. Interior is in good condition. Carpeting and steering wheel are showing some wear. Seats and dash are in great condition with no cracks or tears. Body is straight with no major damage. Paint is a little oxidized but can be returned to a great looking paint job with a little rubbing compound and coat of wax. Original carbs are included with the sale as well as a lot of other miscellaneous gaskets and other parts that I have. Title is clean and California registration is current. I do require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction close. Car is sold as is, no warrenties, implied or otherwise. Buyer is responsible for any and all registration requirements within their respective state.
