This particular example is what is known as a survivor/driver, wearing its original, paint, interior, dealer installed striping, and 38 year old patina. With a small additional investment in cosmetic improvements this car becomes a best in class show winner at any local car show, and most national events. It is being sold along with all the original accessories, full cockpit cover, convertible boot, spare, jack, and tool kit. Believe me, if you are looking for a fun toy car that gets looks wherever it goes, and can be driven any time, or place this is the toy for you. It has some minor cosmetic imperfections, but absolutely NO RUST. I am the third owner and it has earned me 3 trophies in the two years I've enjoyed driving and showing it. I have owned several foreign and domestic sports cars over the years, and this Spit has been a joy to drive. Sadly, I am not wealthy enough to afford all the toys, so I am faced with the decision to sell my Spit.
