It runs, shifts and brakes as it should with no unusual noises (See the YOUTUBE Video below )
Steering is tight. Brakes are excellent (doesn't pull left or right). Car has a new clutch and tires.
Car Starts right up every time with no smoke. It runs cool and is Very dependable as this car has been very well maintained and driven regularly (in the summer months) and stored properly in the winter (as opposed to cars that have sat for years and need to have all their systems restored). Previous owner confirmed that the engine was rebuilt, but couldn't provide me the exact year. That fact that this car has been in regular use is a big plus for these cars as it's not good for any car to just sit.
All the Gages and Electrical things work as they should including Headlights, Taillights, Backup Lights, blinkers, wipers, wiper squinters, Stereo (Pioneer CD Installed under dash with Sub behind seats),

You won't find a nicer one for the price.
This car is a solid dependable fun driver and is not a show car. If you are looking for 100 point show car, this is not it. Although it's very presentable just as is for local car shows and cruises, the car has been repainted in its original color in the past and the clear coat has lifted in several spots (mostly on the hood). Not noticeable from 10 feet, but you can see it close up.
However, the paint still looks good under those spots (hard to see in the photos but writing about it so you are aware for full disclosure). Personally, I wouldn't do anything with the paint and just drive the car (still very presentable and gets the thumbs up wherever you go), however I know that some of you are perfectionists.
The convertible top is in good shape and the rear window is still clear without much hazing at all. The interior is in very good condition as you can see from the photos. The exhaust note sounds great (just like a Spitfire should!). My phone is 585.749 4600 if you would like any additional information. Happy Bidding!
