1980 Triumph Spitfire
Have owned for three years, simply don't have time to enjoy it anymore.
All original, 31k miles. Turns over and runs strong. 10-footer paint, minor dings, otherwise body looks great. Last year for the Spits. 4-speed, non-overdrive.
Brake master cylinder just replaced and brake-line serviced.
3rd owner, originally from Kentucky. Last owner was a British car enthusiast and had the engine tuned up including carburetors and gaskets.
Does have a small oil leak, as these are known to. It drips right on the exhaust pipe, but the actual exhaust does not have any blue (oil) smoke.
Tonneau cover is new, within the last 4 years. Some surface rust around the usual places (wheel wells, etc. floor pans are solid).
It was suggested that this is an older respray, so I've attached close-up pictures of the paint to illustrate some of the sub surface paint crackling.
