Running and driving 1974 Triumph Spitfire 1500 with 49, xxx miles. I have had this car for about 3 years, prior to that it sat in a garage for about 20 years. Since I've had it I've installed a new top, new Weber down draft dual carb, new fuel pump, new starter, new water pump and all gaskets, new push rods and cleaned out the top end, all new shocks and new bushings on the rear spring, new white wall tires on the original steel wheels. This car still needs work but has a good start. The body is in very good shape with little to no surface rust, but it does need paint. The interior needs some panels replaced. The windshield wipers currently aren't operational. The tach does not work and a new rear brake line needs ran. Overall the car is in pretty good driveable shape for being over 40 years old. Clean and clear IL title.
I was asked to include photos of the seats. The last 2 pics are how they sit with covers and without. The driver's seat is ripped across and has new foam. The backs on both are in good shape.
Car is for sale locally, auction may end at any time.
