Up for sale is my 1976 triumph TR6. I'm the 3rd owner (purchased it 2 years ago from a family where it had been passed down from uncle to nephew). It's a great runner that has always been garage kept and, for the last 5 years, been serviced by the same Austin based British car specialist (Ron Shimek)... so rest assured you're not getting an unknown commodity!
Purchased it for $13K after it car went through an extensive engine overhaul (new belts, hoses, valves, seals, etc.) and have invested an additional $5K into it over last 2 years which includes:
More seals (never an end to this with British cars!)New Clutch (1 year warranty starting on 4/22/16)New Adjustable Trailing Arms to fix/prevent rear wheel camber issues.I have detailed receipts/records of services performed. For further peace of mind, the car just came back from its annual service which includes a 35pt safety/maintenance check (fluids changed, tires rotated, brakes/steering checked, etc.)
My daughter and I are going to miss this car (getting ice cream on Sundays is not quite as exciting in a Honda CRV)
