This is a very nice car for cruise-ins and local car shows. The runs and drive very nicely. Six cylinder with 4 speed. Engine and transmission appear original to the car. Original code 23 Sienna Brown with tan interior.
I have stacks of receipts for work done and parts purchased for the car over the years. The restoration is a little older. The paint is older, but it shines very nicely with a great overall appearance. I take it to local cruise-ins and it looks great. Other than a small ding on the deck lid the size of a dime, there are no dents and no rust in any part of the car.
The interior is in very nice condition. The driver side seat is worn, but the passenger seat, door panels, dash, and carpet are near perfect. All of the glass appears to be original and is in nice condition.
Unlike many of the other TR6’s you see for sale, everything works on this car. That includes: all gauges, all gauge lights, headlights, turn signals, brake lights, horn, parking brake, radio, heater, heater fan, wipers, interior light, hood latch, truck latch/lock, trunk light, and so on.
The cars has new tires, front brakes, rear brakes, distributor cap, rotor, petronix ignition, stainless braided oil pressure line, wiper blades, rear end rebuilt 20, 000 miles ago, cleaned K&N air filters, brake booster, master cylinder, and plugs. In addition, I adjusted the valves recently, changed the oil, and checked the transmission gear oil. The new tires are Kelly 185/65/15. The new brakes include new rotors, pads, and turned brake drums.
Convertible top has a small repair spot on it that was done well, but is in very good condition with a clear rear window. The prior owner improperly put the top down causing a small tear. The repair is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. All weather strips are in nice condition.
This vehicle is also for sale locally, I reserve the right to end this listing at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 2 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
