1966 Volkswagen Beetle Full custom build 0 miles. Original Java Green color repaint. Merecedes Burbon metallic accents. No expense spared, everything on this car is brand new. Complete Air Ride setup front and back with VIAIR Compressor, aluminum tank. New 1835cc motor built right, no cheap parts. I went to the extreme with this car, even spending $600 to replace most hardware with stainless nuts and bolts. Nardi steering wheel, Nardi VW horn button, Flat4 Eliminator Shifter, Polished original popout side windows. Custom stitched plaid and saddle interior with custom headliner. Dual HPMX 40 carbs, billet serpentine pulley setup. Brake system completely new. Escra wheels that have been machined down to remove mill grooves. Billet running boards, 2 brand new sets of bumpers, the set of original style in the pictures and a set of ribbed billet aluminum bumpers. New lenses, carpet, everything is new. Also comes with boxes of extra parts, new and used. This was not a slapped together car, it was to be my personal show car.
I have been doing aircooled volkswagens for decades and this is the one I went all out on. I hurt my neck last year and am not able to complete it. It needs the rest of the wiring harness hooked up (brand new and included), the brakes bled, the soft section of fuel line run and the air lines hooked up (all there, again new) could be ready to roll in a lazy saturday.
Alabama does not issue titles on cars over 35 years old. Will come with a notarized bill of sale. Please check with your state for the procedure for registration from a non-title state.
