eBay for your consideration is a very nice well loved 1972 Beetle classic. I'm listing this for a close friend thats not tech savy. They have owned it last 15 years. Deemed its come time to pass it on for others to enjoy. The beetle has always been taken out for light Sunday cruises keeping everything in great working order. There are a number of tasteful upgrades to make this bug more pleasurable to drive. i hope most of the pictures can tell you most about it, but i do have a few details to list. Also please send in any questions as the beetle is located walking distance from my front door! I can get you any updated detail or information pretty quick. If your local please come by and view this beetle in person for inspection and test drive!
This bug has been pretty much restored around 2001/2002 era. She has 59xxx miles on engine and body since resto to date. Going thru just about everything on it. I will get more details on engine to be exact of all its upgrades liter etc..but it has been regularly tuned in addition to a few upgrades such as larger oil pan pictured, electronic ignition system, disk brakes on all 4. (minus E-brake) was told they didn't install at time brake kit was purchased, being in FL everything is flat it wasn't too much of a worry. She also has the Baja rims with recently new rubber! (not even 1k miles on tires yet)
This Vw does have the original owners manual as pictured and service record! This beetle was originally purchased in Germany by a US Serviceman which then had it shipped to Texas where it spent only a short amount of time before being brought here to the sunshine state! With that tract record you know this beetle is pretty solid with no salty rust belt territories in its DNA!! As an added fun fact this actual VW was featured on the NBC Kerry Sanders news feature about the end of the VW bug manufacturing.
