Up for sale is a 1974 Standard Volkswagen Beetle in good running condition. It also features a great deal of chrome on the engine with no rust. In addition, it also has a decent paint job. The car has very minimal rust just below the rear side window. It however, does need new rubber on both doors around the windows. Also, the emergency flashers come on, but do not flash. The original radio has been replaced with a modern CD player. For some reason, someone took out all the heater parts. Some have been replaced, but not all of them. I had planned on putting an electric heater in it, since the original heaters weren't all that good anyway. The Beetle runs and drives good, though it could use a tune-up. The brake hoses, shoes. master cylinder, and alternator have been replaced. Its tires are in good condition, though the spare tire will need to be replaced. On the driver's seat, there is a small 3 tear in it. I was told the two front seats that are currently in it were Volkswagen Rabbit seats, so I bought two Beetle seats which need to be reupholstered. The rear fender flares are cracked and coming a little loose. I personally would think that the car would look better without them anyway. The car comes with no warranties, Sold as is. The car is also for sale locally. Therefore, the auction could end at anytime. Overall, it is a sporty and nice little vehicle that is fun to drive.
