1973 VW Bug65, 775 miles1600 engine
The bug is in great shape for a daily driver, runs and drives great! Just had a lot of work done including:new glass all around with new rubber sealscomplete new floorsnew belt and hosesnew fuel lines and filternew master brake cylinder and main brake linesnew muffler and tail pipescarb cleaning and tuneengine tune5 brand new tires
Body is in decent shape. Major rust was in the floors which was repaired. Small hole up in rear driver wheel well into engine compartment. Rockers are in great shape; the heater channels are still intact! Paint is faded with expected chips. Some paint is flaking behind passenger rear window.
The interior needs to be put back into the car. New carpet included, but not installed. Headliner current is in place, but could use to be replaced. However, it currently get's the job done if you're not worried about esthetics. Rear seats reupholstered. Front seats included a reupholster kit, but not installed on front seats. Front passenger seat needs a new seat riser base.
The major work and expense has been completed to make this Bug a safe and reliable daily driver. With some additional installation of included parts, you'll have a great VW Bug! If plans didn't change, I'd be driving this Bug myself!
