1972 Volkswagen Westphalia Highroof camper project
last owner had from 1991 to February of this year. Ran when Parked according to the elderly couple's grandson. Parked since 1995.
complete with 1700 cc engine with dual carbs. Odometer reads 93k miles. Engine turns freely. Passenger front floorboards needs a patch panel. some rust on passenger rocker. Rear bumper and hatch were removed and a huge bumper rack was added with a tow hitch. It was used to camp and tow a fishing boat.
I cannot get the sliding door or rear hatch to open. The rear hatch was working and was shut hard while I was cleaning out the rear and I have not been able to open since.
the icebox is missing from the camping interior.
I have the key and it is registered in Arkansas. Awaiting the title return from the state.
I have not cleaned up the rear part of the interior as you can see. it was parked on a dirt road for 20 years.
