Description:

Rust free West Coast Bus with automatic transmission.
172, 500 on strong engine, (subject to change as still in use) daily driver, just came back from a Pacific NW road trip. Rare high top adds to storage, and assists in stealth camping.
After market A/C in bulkhead can be removed for additional storage (currently not working).
Locking gas tank.
Recent upgrades:
New gas tank reseal and new fuel lines.
New blower motor for vent/heat
New water pump/belt
Newer alternator
Newer shocks
After market A/M F/M radio with kill switch
Solar trickle charger to main battery.
Transmission is strong, shows no issues.
Starts and runs strong.
Good tread on tires.
I have receipts going back to the original owner.
Known Westfailia-isms
The fuel gauge and speedometer are inaccurate. I had the sending line replaced when I did the gas tank, but it still reads about 1/3 below when full.
The speedometer is accurate to about 25mph, then loses it as speed increases. (reads 85mpg at 65, etc)
Refrigerator is non-working.
Propane tank is currently inoperable and should probably be replaced.
Windshield wipers work, but the cleaning fluid tank does not retain fluid. Missing plug? Not sure.
Carpet, upholstery and curtains are original and show wear. There is a cigarette burn in the front driver seat, and a small hole in the passenger seat. I used seat covers, the seats are in otherwise good condition, comfortable and firm)
The strap for the muffler has broken off-I have one on order with GoWesty.
Mosquito net for back and privacy curtain for front windows are included in sale, as well as all original swivel tables.
I am selling as I have moved to the Pacific Coast, and would need to store it offsite in order to avoid rust issues. Not fair to anyone, least of all the Westy!
