I'm second owner of the car, I purchased it from a friend back in 2012. It started life as tdi, but has since been converted a gas engine. The engine used is a hybrid engine setup common used in high hp vw builds The head is a 16v head from a vw scirocco, and the block is from an 8v 2.0 jetta. Putting these components together makes a motor perfect perfect for power. 8:1 compression ratio with a high flowing head, and block eager to rev high.
The Chassis has 300K miles on it, but the motor has less than an hour of run time on it. The body is in decent shape considering the milage, but does have dents and scratches. The paint still shines nice with exception to the roof.
Basically all the car needs now is a tune. Expected power output once tuned is around 500whp on 20psi of boost. I've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into turning this car into the perfect street and race car, not one detail overlooked. Every bushing and mount on the car is new. Unfortunately I just can't afford to have 3 vehicles anymore, so this one has to go. Whoever gets it will be very happy whether they want to runs 10's at the drag strip, run laps on the road course, or just want a fast car to cruise around in.
