Terms and ConditionsFEES AND TAXES
There is a $288 Doc fee charged on each vehicle sold to cover paper work, title fees, and temporary tags. Wyoming residents will also be charged state and local sales tax and license fees. If you live outside of Wyoming you wil be responsible for paying tax in the state that you register the vehicle.
PLEASE REALIZE THAT THOUGH WE MAKE OUR BEST EFFORT TO DESCRIBE EVERY VEHICLE ACCURATELY, THERE WILL BE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR THE AGE AND MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLE - SIMPLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THESE ARE PREVIOUSLY OWNED VEHICLES.
We may not have additional keys, all or any sets of books or manuals – Please refer to the pictures posted to judge for yourself. Please, expect little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid. We welcome all Inspections, phone calls and emailed Questions of our Inventory.
We extensively drive our entire inventory to make sure there are no hidden issues. Please expect the mileage to be higher than what you see on the odometer picture.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction - Via PayPal or via Wire Transfer. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can also give us a call, and we will do our best to help you find several shippers and give you their respective quotes. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
All vehicles are for sale locally and the auction may be ended at any time due to local sales. Please feel free to contact us about adding a Buy-It-Now price.
