I am relisting my Passat again. It is in excellent shape; no rips, no smells (still smells new), no stains, no weird noises. Michelin tires that are wearing evenly and are like new. Body is in excellent shape; very minor surface scratches on the hood that look like they are from one of the neighborhood cats.
The check engine light comes on. sometimes it is off for weeks. only comes on at idle. people have asked me many times about it so it is here in the listing. it is a random misfire code.
For those that throw an offer in at last minute; offers do not work like bids in an ebay auction so doing so at the last minute is useless since I am unable to review and respond before they are automatically declined because the ad ended. Just an FYI, not trying to be rude.
I am motivated to sell this since I have turned in the plates and removed the insurance. It does no good for it to sit under the trees in my backyard where the birds poop on it and the critters crawl on it. However, I'm not trying to give it away for dirt cheap because of this.
