If you are selling your vehicle first to buy my vehicle and are worried about losing mine for sale, we can take a down payment to hold mine until yours sells.
Term of Sale:
We highly encourage all interested parties who intend to bid/ buy, to come and inspect the vehicles before the auction or full purchase ends, or hire a 3rd party mobile mechanic company to do so. Once the vehicle auction or full purchase has ended, we don’t allow inspections as it should have been done prior to bidding/ completed purchase. If you are not sure about the vehicle, please refrain from bidding/ buying. We ask all interested parties to please bid only what you can afford to bid, or have secured financing prior to auction end. If you cannot afford to pay for a vehicle, we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding. We ask that you review all information, vehicle description (call for more info), photos (call for photos), and do your own independent research to see if a certain vehicle meets your own personal preferences. Bear in mind, these are used vehicles, and will have some scratches, or wear and tear on them as they are not brand new. Please come and inspect the vehicle, and arrange financing prior to bidding to make sure the vehicle meets your own personal standards, and to make sure you are able to afford the vehicle. Advertising on eBay costs valuable time and money, so please only pursue this vehicle if you are serious.
Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to transporting, or picking up the vehicle. Please bear in mind, if you are from the other side of the country, and you want to bid/buy a vehicle, please calculate your costs for vehicle transport prior to bidding as we do not reimburse you for them. We can recommend a couple reputable companies to use. If you would like to fly to us to buy the a vehicle, we can pick you up from Portland PDX Airport for free since we are only 15 minutes away. If you need assistance, we can assist you.
Vehicle Pickup:
If you are coming to pick up a vehicle, we do not meet you at locations unless you need a ride from Portland PDX Airport, you must come to our dealership for finalization of the transaction.
Warranty questions:
All of our vehicles being sold are sold as – is , where – is with no written or implied warranty. If there are any issues with the vehicle, you assume 100% responsibility for all repairs once the vehicle is in your possession.
Disclosure:
We disclose the condition of the vehicle as it sits, while in our possession. If information about the vehicles past is important to you, the full VIN number needs to be requested, as potential buyers, you can perform your due diligence to determine if this vehicle meets your standards. As a seller, we provide detailed photos, and descriptions so you can get an idea about the vehicle. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to do your homework and research about it. Do not make any assumptions, as assumptions are not valid. We try to be as accurate as possible when supplying you with information, but please bear in mind, mistakes do happen, and that’s why it is your responsibility to verify that the vehicle is what we state it is.
