This has been my shop car and dependable daily driver for some time now and I'm looking for a new owner. The car is in very nice condition never wrecked, well maintained by me, (old school VW mechanic/drag racer) Overall it is in original condition, except for the paint, trim bits, seat covering etc. Body and floor pans are in very good condition. The engine is very tight and reliable still maintaining it's original FI system. New fuel injectors and hoses were installed at time of rebuild. Good compression on all four cylinders. Heat exchangers are very good condition and provide good heating during cold climate months. The sale will include an additional engine complete with new exchangers and muffler. Also I have a complete parts car that goes with it. Brakes are in excellent shape. Tires and wheels are very good. All the mechanics are in excellent working order. The interior is original stock as you can notice in the pictures the dash is cracked and the headliner needs cleaning. I would replace the sun visors. All the electrical systems works fine. Shifting is smooth being assisted with a short throw Gene Berg shifter. The car will be gone through and cleaned before delivery.
