1992 Volvo 240 Sedan. Purchased in 2007 from the second owner (who'd bought the car a year earlier from the first owner). Mileage estimated to be 90K -- the speedometer broke at 85K. Leather seats, HVAC works perfectly, new CD player + speakers w/ bluetooth, and many new parts (new tires, catalytic converter, brakes, timing belt). BUT, at present a few parts need to be replaced in order for the car to operate: both control arms, and the corresponding buckets or brackets, as well as four or five others, for a total of $2500 in parts + labor. And a few of these parts are not easy to find. The car is sitting at a mechanic's shop in Bethesda, MD.
