This auction is for a very nice all original 1972 VOLVO 144E. This car was in a garage for the last 15 years. The owner passed and we bought the car from the estate. Only 126k original miles .We've done lots of work to make it run again. The VIN#1446344275481.
We replaced: 1 All the fuel lines under the hood
2 Brand new battery
3 Water pump
4 Thermostat
5 Fuel filter
6 Temperature sensor
7 All the spark plugs and the wires
8 Updated fuel pump (used part)
We had to clean the fuel tank and fuel lines around the tank. Now the car runs very good.
We drove the car for around 2 miles and it runs and drives very nice. It is an old car so it doesn't fly but it is a nice driver.
Please check all the pics before bidding and ask any questions you may have , will answer them all.
The car is at our car lot so if you want to view it before bidding we can arrange that too. You can have the car inspected by a third party just let me know and I will show it to them.
NW car (no salt on the roads in the winter) . The only rust I found on the car is on the bottom of the driver door(you can see that in the pics) also there is a dent on the bottom of the rear passenger door also depicted in the pics. The interior is perfect other than the back part of the driver seat which has a rip.
There are scuffs and a few door dings to be expected from a vintage car.
Again this is not a show winner(you can make it to be one ) but I doubt it that there are more than a hand full in the world in a such a good shape.
If you are the winning bidder you may want to consider taking the car on a trailer or use a shipper to have it delivered to you. As I mentioned before we drove the car for about 2 or 3 miles , the clutch is good, the brakes are good too but I can't guarantee that you can drive the car around the US without a complete checkup at your mechanic.

The payment : $500 thru pay pal in the first 48 hours after the bidding ends and the rest cashier check or cash .We will release the car after the funds are cleared.
