My 1967 Volvo 2 Door 123GT is a rarity in the U.S. and Europe. Equipped with 4 wheel disc brakes: double brake chamber master cylinder; 4 speed with overdrive; new interior; four year old paint (black); ice cold air conditioning, and a lousy radio. Original AM radio available along with original instrument cluster and speedo.
This car has been my primary work of patience and desire. The engine is a 1.8 four cylinder. Bumpers are perfect along with latches and handles. I converted to dual exhaust because I love the sound.
The GT is a joy to drive, with torsion bars, etc. All new Tires. This car is near perfect, but it is a work in progress: The horn remains faulty along with the petrol gauge (needle swings to and fro until cruise speed). The steering wheel is not original..
This 123 GT is not a dressed up 122 Amazon ; the VIN is ID'd in the Swedish/American 123 GT authentication list. Only 1500 were produced. This GT would sell in Europe for $33, 000+. Without a doubt, one of the best 123 GT's in America.
