Hello, I'm selling a 1962 volvo p1800. It runs great and has been completely gone through, restored and rebuilt by previous owner. I believe the mileage represents the miles since restoration Everything works except clock. It has new, tires, interior with rebuilt instruments, motor, and brand new paint. I was told that the motor just had a 1000 miles on it when I bought it in September 2014 600 miles ago. It has a small ding on the windshield (to small to photo that happened within the time I've owned it. Wheels and tires are brand new -- but you have the choice of getting it with it's original wheels and tires with hubcaps. If you want both sets -- whe can negotiate that after the sale. There are a couple of small rust bubbles beneath the paint on lower rocker panels that are to small to photo. For everything else please look at the photos closely. This car runs great and everything works except the clock and the tach sometimes disappears on me -- worked great today and on almost all days. The only thing I've replaced is the steering box and new battery. I love this car -- just have to many toys at this time. I set the reserve low -- so good luck

I want to put in the previous owners thoughts. When the restoration began he found there was no rust through but there were some dents he hadn't discover earlier. The body and paint work on the car as you see it now was done by Advanced Auto in Estes Park, one of the best shops in Colorado. The original upholstery was researched by Harry Hutcherson who did an authentic reproduction except for the bottom panels of the seats where the material wasn't available.Total engine overhaul was performed by Mountain Imports of Estes Park and includes a new camshaft, crankshaft, and hydraulic tappets. The brakes were overhauled as was the front and rear suspension by Bear Alignment of Loveland Colorado. The total restoration cost around $19, 000.

At a buyers request I looked under the carpets and found a solid floor-- although somewhat ugly with glue. I did find one tiny spot of rust through and I'm placing the picture I took of it amoung the others --- as well as pictures of the underside of the car, under the dash, and the identification numbers on the firewall.
