It has a ( DELAWARE SALVAGE ).
Before being put on the road, it needs to pass a salvage examination. The reason why I didn't get the examination done myself is because it takes up to 3 months to complete in NY State, while other states have a much shorter process. Check with your local DMV for information regarding this process before you purchase the vehicle.
