For sale is my 1999 Volvo S70. It was purchased by a family member when it was brand new and passed on to me three years ago. The engine and transmission run like a new vehicle. No exhaust leaks, the brakes are in good condition, suspension rides nice. CV boots and half shafts are in good condition. Interior is in good condition. Leather seats are good with no tears.
The existing problems that I am aware of are.
1. The air conditioner is not working. I have not looked into it, so it may just need recharging.
2. A small chip on the windshield as shown in the picture.
3. The vehicle passes NYS inspection in the end of March this year, and the tires are ok, but could use some replacing in the near future.
4. Sears performed a wheel alignment last year and said they couldn't get it 100% but couldn't tell me why. (Maybe should be taken to Volvo, or a different place to check out. This vehicle has never been involved in an accident. And nothing is bent.
5. Headlight wipers may need a motor? I have never really used it, but sometimes its up or down.
