Up for auction a NO RESERVE 2001 Volvo V70 T5 Wagon.
The engine is running, but need service and repair (oil dripping when engine is running, and suggesting to be towed to the service) . The engine is leaking oil, which need new engine rubber seal at one of the pulley (engine rubber price $15), and also need a crankcase vacuum pump to be replaced. Estimated cost to do the previous (rubber seal replacement and crankcase vacuum pump replacement is $750.
Other minor to do things:
- the alarm need to be serviced. Need new siren alarm. This is a common occurrence for Volvo, battery in the siren gets oxidized. Just checked and the siren alarm selling on eBay for $70.
- the wind shield have a small crack due to loose gravel from a truck on the freeway (see image). Is only aesthetics, and is not necessary to be replaced.
Clear title in hand.
Smog checked and passed with flying colors in June, recent registration and stickers, which expire in June 2016.
Always garaged.
Car have only 135, 900 miles, which is very low for a Volvo.
Never in an accident.
The rear tires are new, and the front tires have plenty of tread life left.
Front wheel bushings, and control arms are brand new (one month ago, paid $514 for this).
New alternator.
The timing belt have another 70000 miles until next replacement.
