Even though I mentioned a bunch of negatives about this Volvo, I still believe it is too nice of a car to scrap or junk at this time. I'm hoping someone agrees and is willing to save it. I'm not able to deliver or transport this vehicle so the buyer would have to arrange pickup. I have a clear title for this vehicle. | “unfortunately the engine is pretty much blown. We drove it a little too hard. The radiator was ruptured and the engine was badly overheated. It is leaking from the head gasket and has low compression. It does not want to start but I can get it started to drive it onto a trailer. Of course it is gushing water and oil while it is running. We have only had this vehicle for 8 months and have put a considerable amount of money into the drive train. We replaced the propeller shaft, replaced the right inner tie rod and the lower control arm with ball joint. We also had a fuel leak repaired. We enjoyed the AWD and a smooth powerful ride while it lasted. The body is not bad. Everything electrical works good including the AC and the heated seats. There is a crunch in the driver side rear quarter. The driver seat is in bad shape. The rear hatch needs to be propped open.” |
