This is a very special V70R that performs wonderfully. Every effort has been made to describe the car honestly and accurately, but this is a used vehicle and no warranty is expressed or implied and is sold in “As is / Where is” condition. Questions and inspections are encouraged. I will work with serious buyers to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection at buyer’s cost at a mutually agreed upon shop or dealership. For out of area buyers I will assist with your shipper. Shipping will be arranged at buyer’s sole discretion and expense.
Car may sell locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if the car sells locally.
A non refundable deposit of $1000 is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The balance due must be paid in full within 5 days. I will accept cash or wire transfer, but a wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. Car will not be released until paid in full.
