The jeep has been stretch a foot for tall drivers and multiple modifications where made to create a better look and driving experience. It travels at any highway speeds without wondering and when cornering there is no body sway making it very comfortable to drive. All parts that were purchased for the build are new and every nut and bolt was replaced many of which are chrome or stainless. The front diff. is a 27 and the rear is a 40 both have limited slip, transmission is a 3 speed T18 transfer with borg warner overdrive. I have a m20 Muncie 4 speed with advance adapter for 18 and 20 transfer that will go with the jeep. Shock towers, coil over shocks and a 5th link are some of the upgrades to help performance and to prevent axle wrap. Here is a list of new parts that were purchased for the build. Disc brake conversion kit for front axle, 11 drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, seals for rear axle, brake lines, power booster, adjustable proportioning vale, master cylinder, hyd. clutch slave cylinder and master, center force clutch assembly, lake wood bell housing, mew flywheel, steering stabilizer shock, steering rod and knuckle kit, winch, new 350 crate engine, nash fuel 4 barrel propane kit, 10 gal polished aluminum propane tank, front and rear seats. windshield, 5 new tires, water pump, power steering pump, intake, throttle body, headers, header wrap, motor mount kit, electronic distributor, alternator, aluminum pulleys, fan, aluminum radiator, painless wiring kit, motorcycle headlights, aluminum headlight covers, oil cooler, and the list goes on. My purchase price is far less than what it would cost to build a jeep of this quality its not perfect but it is very close.
