This is an all steel original body car with the original body, engine, transmission, trim, and components. The body car went through an amateur restoration in the mid 1980's and still looks very nice. It does need a full upholstery job, however still has the original seat and all interior components, No Headliner but all of the original bows are intact. Both front and rear bumpers, Grill, Headlight trims have been rechromed. The pictures tell the story. Runs and drives very well. Almost all of the original components are working, speedo, horn, temp gauge, amp meter, head lights, brake lights. Only the gas gauge is inoperable, but its probably the fuel sending unit. Recent brake work such as new master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and brake shoes. Has had some minor repairs in floor in front of the seat on drivers and passenger side, minor repairs done in the trunk floor, Minor Rear Inner fender well repair. Drive it as it is or take it to the level that you want it to be. These original steel body 41 Americars are a piece of American History and are very rare and collectible by car enthusiasts. Motor # is 441 63774 It is not unusual for the motor serial number to be different from the body and chassis tags.

The first auction I had a buyer click on the $60K buy it now price and did not complete the transaction. In the second auction the high bid was $60, 100 and did not meet the reserve. So this time we're going to try it with NO RESERVE with a starting bid of $60, 000. You could potentially buy this car for $60, 000 since there is NO RESERVE. Here is your chance to own a 1941 Willys Coupe. I read an article that claims there are only about 15 all original unrestored 40, 41, and 42 coupes in the country and just a handful of restored original coupes. Most were modified as gassers and hot rods.
