You're looking at a ground-up restoration of a classic 1946 Jeep Willys CJ-2 Alpha. Restoration was finished in mid-2013.
I spared nothing in this rebuild. I have been a Willys fan all my life, and I wanted this to be right down to every last detail. This project took months and became quite involved.
The rebuild includes:Fully rebuilt engine and transmissionCompletely new clutch assemblyNew brakes, drums and brake lines New springs (front and rear)New gas tankNew gauges and wiringNew front seats and steering wheelNew rims and tiresNew paintMechanically, it's flawless. Drives perfectly and true to its heritage. Power plant is the stock Willys 2.2L 134 4-cylinder, and transmission is the famous Willys 3-speed, which is reliable and bulletproof in its simplicity. Only ~200 miles on rebuild.
