Very nice, solid 1949 WILLYS CJ3A four-wheel-drive Jeep finished in bright orange. This WILLYS has been part of a museum collection for the past 20 years and to our knowledge has spent it's entire life in Colorado's dry climate. As a result this CJ3 is very rust free with no apparent rust through or rot.

The overall description:
The car shows no signs of rust. Paint and interior are in fair shape. Front seat's original vinyl upholstery material is badly split and seat covers have been installed. The rear seat is original and does have one large split in the cushion. Floor boards are solid throughout. The soft-top is an older Bestop brand made in Boulder, Colorado. The top is in very good condition, but does have one small repair in the center, top section approximately the size of a quarter. The plastic windows show some slight yellowing and scratches, but all are intact and serviceable. Exterior paint shows some scratches, spotting and nicks from being driven and used. The worst area is a few large scratches along the passenger side (see photos) which occurred sometime during storage, but could likely be touched up. This is what I would describe as a ten-footer. Body is straight with no serious or major body damage. All exterior components except windshield wiper arms appear present. Rear bumper does have a trailer hitch attachment. The odometer shows 37, 692 miles, but the actual mileage is unknown (it could be original miles or 137, 000+).
