Auction is for a 1950 Willy Jeepster.
Car has been upgraded to a Chevrolet 327 cubic inch engine with an automatic transmission. Engine runs great. Has dual glass pack exhaust.Front end has been replaced with a For Mustang rack and pinion power steering set up. rear end has been replaced with a Mercury Cougar rear axle.
All mechanical's work great. Conversion was done prior to my purchasing and everything looks first class with no short cuts. Car runs down the road great and can be driven anywhere. Brakes were rebuilt and converted to silicone brake fluid. Car has power steering and power disk brakes on the front, drums rear.
Original interior was reupholstered in vinyl matching as close as possible to original pattern. Car has a brand new top that was professionally installed. Goes up and down easily. All new side curtains were purchased to make this car available to use in any weather. Jeep also has 4 brand new NOS Willys hubcaps installed. Pictures do not show spare tire but one comes with car and will be mounted on rear deck. Car has a heater, no air conditioning.
Body was in great shape when I bought car and shows less than 14, 000 original miles. I believe mileage is correct but is really not that significant since engine and drive train have been replaced. Body was stripped down to bare metal and new paint job was done. No rust was found when repainting car.Not the best paint job, about a 50 footer. Chrome items were painted black to complement the yellow body. All electrical items work.
Car really needs nothing to be driven and enjoyed.

Buyer must arrange for pickup or delivery within 2 weeks of auction end.
